Return and Exchange Policy

Media such as CD's, CD-ROM's, DVD's and tapes cannot be returned.  We are happy to provide an exchange for a defective item with an identical replacement.  All other merchandise may be returned unaltered within 10 days of the invoice date for a complete refund less shipping and handling charges.

Damaged Shipments

Despite our careful packing, unfortunately, we cannot control a shipment once an item leaves us.  In the unlikely event of a shipment arriving damaged, it is imperative to keep ALL packing material and boxes that the item was shipped in and we must be notified immediately of the damage.  These materials are needed in order to file an insurance claim with the carrier.  Without the original packing material and box, the carrier will not allow a claim to be filed and no reimbursement or exchange can be made by us to you.  This is a strict policy that we are forced to abide by from the carriers' insurance company.  Sorry, no exceptions.

Payment

Orders paid for with PAY PAL, MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, DINERS CLUB, AMERICAN EXPRESS and bank checks are shipped usually the next business day if in stock.   Credit card charges will appear on your bill as "DS Whited Enterprises, Inc."
