Round II of recording has now been wrapped up and I am working hard preparing for the final session, the first week of May. This past month I had the opportunity to work with two amazing gentlemen, Glen Duncan and Mark Casstevens. Both of these men have been on the “A” list doing Nashville studio work for nearly two decades. Their work can be heard on the hits of Dolly Pardon, Shania Twain, Kenny Rogers, Tim McGraw and every single piece of recorded music by Garth Brooks.

The third and final round of recording is going to include a friend of David and mine, “Mr. Energy” himself, Dennis Franks. Dennis has lived a truly charmed life experiencing everything from playing football in the NFL, to being the Vice President of a multi-million dollar direct sales/e-commerce company. Dennis will be using his musical skills to sing a duet with me called “Fallin’ All The Way” and jamming on his guitar on a song called “Give”. This song is a perfect description of why Dennis has had the “Midas Touch” through out his business career.

Mom and Dad traveled to Nashville to sit in the tracking and recording of the last four songs. It was such a great experience having them with me; you never outgrow the need for a parents hug at the end of the day. They have always unselfishly focused on the goals of their kids. My Mom and Dad are the ultimate example of the type of parent I strive to be.
